Your auto-generated press kit and how to control it

Artistplus assembles a themed press kit PDF from your site's own content — and regenerates it whenever that content changes.

Updated Oct 6, 2026

A press kit is the PDF a promoter opens before deciding whether to book you. Yours assembles itself from what's already on your site — and stays current without you touching it. Needs the Opener plan or higher

What goes into it#

The generated kit is a two-page, professionally laid-out PDF built from:

  • Your bio — preferring the about section your published site shows
  • Your top songs — picked by play counts, with your catalog data behind them
  • Your latest photos — from your website gallery
  • Your credits — the past shows, festivals, and support slots you list on the Press Kit page, or import straight from your tour calendar
  • Your site's look — the same palette and template family as your website, so the kit and the site read as one act

It updates itself#

When the underlying content changes — a new photo, an edited bio, fresh play counts — your kit is marked stale and regenerated automatically. The copy at your link is always the current one; there's no v3_final_FINAL.pdf problem.

Take control of the picks#

Prefer different songs or photos than the automatic picks? Open Press Kit in the dashboard and choose them yourself — manual picks stick through regenerations.

The Credits section is yours to write: add the venues, festivals, and support slots you have played, or pull them in from shows already in your tour calendar. Up to twelve print on page two, in the order you arrange them, and you can hide the section entirely from Layout & sections.

Your default kit is served at a short link: epk.plus/your-username. Put it in email signatures and booking pages; it always resolves to the newest version. The link honors your sharing settings — password, expiry, restricted access — and every visit and download is logged. See Share files and press kits with tracking links.
