Link page troubleshooting
What each message in the link-page editor means, and what to do next.
Saving#
- Save failed. Your changes are kept on this device. Choose Try saving again. Your work is stored in this browser until it reaches us.
- Changes kept on this device. You are offline. Keep editing, and the page saves when the connection returns.
- We found changes on this device that never reached us. Choose Restore them to bring them back into the editor, or Discard them to keep the saved version.
- Another tab or device saved this page. Reload to continue. Nothing you typed was overwritten, and nothing of theirs was either. Reload, then redo the edit if it is still needed.
Publishing#
See Publishing your link page for each publish message.
A row is missing from the public page#
Check these in order.
- Have you published since adding it? The header reads "not yet published" when the draft is ahead of the public page.
- Is the row hidden or archived in the editor?
- Is it a connected row whose release, show or photo is private, deleted or has nothing to open yet? See Connected and custom cards.
- Does it have a schedule that has not started or has ended? See Scheduling a link.
- Is it a paid row on a plan that does not include it? See Link page plans and downgrades.
A control is locked#
The message names the plan that unlocks it. Your draft is saved and nothing has changed. You can continue on your current plan.
This page is read-only right now#
Your content is safe and nothing has been deleted. A page is read-only when it is archived or when Artistplus has placed it under review. Contact support from Support in the dashboard and we will tell you which, and what happens next.
There is no address in Settings#
Your page is saved. The address appears in the Settings tab once the link host is live for your account. You do not need to do anything.
A visitor sees "Page not found"#
The address may be mistyped, or the page may not be published. Open the Settings tab, copy the address from there and try it in a private window.
Still stuck#
Open Support in the dashboard and include what you were doing and the exact message you saw.
