Manage your contacts
Your business address book: clients, venues, press and everyone who wrote to you, with where each one came from and everything you sent them.
Contacts is your business address book: clients, venues, promoters, booking agents, managers, labels, press and collaborators. It is separate from Subscribers, your fan list. Being a contact never puts anyone on your mailing list.
How people get here#
- They write to you. Someone who uses your contact form or link page Message is saved with the message linked.
- You work with them. People you invoice, share files or your press kit with, or ask for files are saved automatically, labelled with what you sent. Invoicing someone marks them as a Client.
- You add or import them. An email or a phone number is enough.
Keep each record useful#
Mark what they are to you
Pick one or more types: Client, Venue, Promoter, Booking agent, Manager, Label, Press, Collaborator or Other. On paid plans you can also create your own types.
Open their history
Click a contact to see every message, invoice, share and file request, each with a link to open it.
Search before adding
Search by name, company, email or phone so one person never splits into two records.
Export intentionally
Export when you need a backup or another tool, then protect the file as personal data.
Plan limits#
Clients, people you added and people you sent things to are visible on every plan, and adding or editing a contact is free. On the Free plan, people who only wrote to you appear as a count; their messages are always in Messages. CSV import and your own types start on Opener, and export starts on Headliner.
