Share files and press kits with tracking links
Send stems, kits, and private files as links you control — with passwords, expiry dates, and a log of who opened what, when.
When you send a press kit or a private file, two questions follow: did they open it, and can I take it back? Artistplus share links answer both.
Create a share link#
Pick the file
From Vault (any file) or Press Kit (a kit), open the share dialog.
Choose who can open it
Anyone with the link, or restricted access for a tighter circle. Add a password or an expiry date if the material is sensitive or time-boxed.
Send it
Copy the link into your email or message. For important sends, create per-recipient links — same file, one link each — so the activity log tells you exactly who opened it.
Watch what happens#
Each share has an activity log: views and downloads, with time, rough location, and how the visitor arrived. That's how you know the booker in Berlin opened the kit twice on Tuesday — and that your follow-up email isn't a shot in the dark.
Change your mind later#
Share settings are live settings, not baked into the link:
- Revoke a link and it stops working everywhere, immediately.
- Add or change the password or expiry after sending — the link you already sent obeys the new rules.
- The epk.plus short link obeys the same settings as the kit it serves.
