Organize files in Vault

Vault is the central file library for your Artistplus account. Store images, video, audio, documents, and other working files once, then reuse them across your website and business tools.

The four working areas#

• Library — your files and folders.
• Website — assets currently connected to website experiences.
• Shared — links you created for other people.
• Trash — removed files that can still be recovered before permanent cleanup.

A reliable workflow#

1. Create a simple folder system

   Organize by purpose or campaign, such as Press Photos, Current Release, Logos, Live Video, and Contracts. Keep the system shallow enough to browse quickly.

2. Upload the best source

   Use a clear filename and keep the highest-quality approved source. Artistplus enforces the storage and video limits for your plan before accepting an upload.

3. Reuse instead of uploading twice

   Choose the existing Vault file when adding website or business media. One source is easier to manage than duplicate copies.

4. Share only what is needed

   Create a shared link for the selected file or folder, check its access options, and revoke it when the collaboration ends.

Storage and cleanup#

The usage indicator shows how much plan storage you have used. Start cleanup with duplicates, outdated exports, and files already delivered elsewhere. Press-kit files use their own exempt storage path and do not reduce your normal Vault allowance.
