Set up email on your domain

A booking enquiry sent to booking@yourname.com reads very differently from one sent to a gmail address. Once you have a domain on your account, you can attach real mailboxes to it.

What you need first#

A domain on your account — either bought through Artistplus or connected from another registrar.

Create a mailbox#

1. Open Email Accounts

   In the dashboard, go to Email Accounts and add a mailbox on your domain.

2. Pick the address

   Choose the part before the @ — booking, hello, press, your name. You can run several mailboxes on one domain.

3. Check out once

   Mailboxes are priced per mailbox per month, shown before you pay. If you create several at once, they're bundled into a single charge — one receipt, not five.

4. Start using it

   Provisioning is automatic after payment. For domains whose DNS we manage, the mail records are written for you; if your DNS lives elsewhere, we show you exactly which records to add so mail can flow.

Reading your mail#

• Webmail — one click from Email Accounts, signed in automatically. Nothing extra to install.
• Your own apps — every mailbox supports standard IMAP and SMTP, so Apple Mail, Outlook, and phone mail apps all work. The connection settings are shown alongside the mailbox.
