Manage your website gallery

Website Gallery is the curated media set shown by a Gallery section on your site. It is separate from Vault, which is the complete library of files in your account.

Add media#

1. Open Website Gallery

   Choose Website Gallery in the Website section of the dashboard.

2. Add from Vault

   Select existing photos or videos from Vault. Upload the source file to Vault first if it is not there yet.

3. Arrange the story

   Drag items into the order visitors should see them. Lead with a strong, current image and avoid several near-identical shots in a row.

4. Check your site

   Open the builder and confirm that the page includes a Gallery section. Preview on desktop and mobile before publishing related design changes.

Removing versus deleting#

Removing an item from Website Gallery only removes it from that curated set. The original remains safely in Vault and can be reused elsewhere. Delete the source in Vault only when you no longer need the file anywhere.

What makes a strong gallery#

• Mix performance, portrait, and behind-the-scenes images.
• Put landscape and portrait crops in an order that looks intentional.
• Replace outdated artwork when a new era begins.
• Preview video posters and image crops on a phone, where most visitors will see them.
