Create and manage invoices
Set up your business details, invoice a client or show, send a polished PDF, and track what is still owed.
Invoices gives you a simple record of money owed for shows and other artist work. The PDF uses your artist identity so the document feels connected to your website.
Set up once#
Open Invoices, then use the Settings tab to add the business name, contact details, payment instructions, default terms, numbering, and any tax details that belong on every invoice. Keep this information accurate; it becomes part of the document your client receives.
Use the Clients tab to save repeat venues, promoters, agencies, or collaborators. A complete client record prevents address and email mistakes later.
Create an invoice#
Start from Invoices or a show
Create a blank invoice, or start from a tour date when the payment relates to a show so available event details carry over.
Choose the client
Select a saved client or add one. Confirm the billing name and recipient email.
Add clear line items
Describe each fee plainly, then check quantity, rate, tax, currency, due date, and payment instructions.
Review the PDF
Open the generated document and verify names, totals, dates, and spelling before sending it.
Send and track
Send the invoice, watch its status, and mark payment accurately when funds arrive.
Keep the ledger useful#
Do not reuse invoice numbers, avoid deleting business records casually, and keep client details current. Add internal context while the booking is fresh so a future you can understand what the amount covered.
