Add or edit a release by hand
Create releases the import can't know about — or polish imported ones — with artwork, tracklists, links, and credits.
Not everything lives on streaming. Unreleased singles, Bandcamp exclusives, that EP from before you were on Spotify — add them by hand, and edit any imported release the same way.
Add a release#
Choose the release type
In My Music, add a release and pick what it is — a single, an EP, or an album. The type sets up the right tracklist shape.
Fill in the essentials
Title, artwork, release date, and the tracklist. Artwork uploads count toward your storage, so upload the size you need, not the 8000-pixel master.
Add streaming and store links
Attach the platform links you have — Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, wherever. Your site renders them as the buttons fans actually click.
Save
The release joins your catalog immediately and is available to your website's music section.
Editing any release#
Open a release in My Music to change anything — artwork, dates, tracklists, links. Edits to imported releases stick; a later auto-sync won't overwrite your corrections with stale platform data.
Deeper fields on paid plans#
- Featured artists, credits, and genre tags Needs the Opener plan or higher
- ISRC codes, BPM, and key — the metadata sync licensing asks for Needs the Direct Support plan or higher
Put it front and center#
Mark a release as featured to give it the spotlight position in your site's music section — the usual move for release week. Swap it any time.
