Publishing your link page

Your link page publishes on its own. It never publishes your website, and your website never publishes it.

Updated Oct 6, 2026

Your link page and your website are published separately. Each has its own draft and its own publish button.

  • It makes the saved version of your link page the public one.
  • It does not publish your website, and it does not make anything private public.
  • Publishing your website does not publish your link page.
  • Your link page can be live while your website is unpublished or private. A link to your full website is left off the page until your website is live.

What needs a publish, and what updates by itself#

Adding, removing, reordering and restyling rows all wait in your draft until you publish.

A release, show or photo you have already published on your link page keeps itself current. If you change a show's ticket link or a release's artwork, the link page follows without a new publish. If you make that release or show private, or delete it, it leaves your link page straight away.

Unpublish and archive#

Both are in the Settings tab under Danger zone.

  • Unpublish takes the page off the internet. Your draft, your rows and your stats are all kept, and publishing again puts it straight back.
  • Archive this page unpublishes it and puts it away. Nothing is deleted, and support can bring it back.

If publishing fails#

The editor tells you which of these happened.

  • Your latest changes have not saved yet. Nothing was published. Wait for the status to read Saved, then publish again.
  • Someone else published a newer version. Reload to see it before publishing, so you do not replace work you have not read.
  • We could not publish just now. Your draft is saved. Try again in a moment, and see Troubleshooting if it repeats.
