Claim your free subdomain

Every Artistplus site comes with a free address on our domain: yourname.artistplus.app. It's yours from the moment you claim it, on every plan — including Free.

How you get it#

Your subdomain comes from the artist username you pick during onboarding. We suggest one based on your artist name; you can adjust it before you publish, as long as the name isn't already taken.

What it's good for#

• Sharing after publish. Your site is live on it as soon as you publish — then link it in bios, pinned posts, and press emails.
• A permanent fallback. Even after you attach a custom domain, the subdomain keeps working, so old links never rot.
• Free SSL. The address is served over https automatically — nothing to configure.

When you outgrow it#

A custom domain — yourname.com instead of yourname.artistplus.app — looks better on a poster and in a press email, and it's portable for life. Custom domains are available on paid plans:

• Buy a domain through Artistplus — search, buy, and we configure everything automatically.
• Connect a domain you already own — point it at your site with two DNS records.

Once connected, both addresses serve the same site, and you can put email on your domain too.
